Food and Beverage Manager
The Food and Beverage Manger is responsible for our Restaurant (Rosette Standard), Bar and all Function Events including the booking process for Weddings.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and assuming responsibility for the Hotel operation in their absence.
Experience with Food and Beverage in a 3 or 4 Star Hotel environment and Event planning would be necessary attributes.
This position would mainly cover evenings and weekends as business demands. We are a 4 star Hotel property looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist us in taking the Hotel to the next level. We offer a comfortable working environment with flexible hours and annual target bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000 per year plus good performance bonus
