It was beautifully comfortable and had the most fabulous view, with Glastonbury Tor visible in the distance — such a special sight to wake up to. The team had very kindly placed a lovely bottle of wine in the room after I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel extra special.”

Kiera R – March 2026: “My husband and I recently held our baby shower event here at the crossways hotel and the service we recieved was nothing short of exceptional! We met with the food and beverages manager privately prior to the event and he listened to our every request. We were given exclusive access to one of the their beautifully decorated dining rooms and were able to decorate it how we wished. The staff on the day were amazing too, they provided water jugs for the tables and cleared away all the plates in a timely manner. They even cut our cake up for us and presented it on boards with plates and cutlery.
The Crossways’ outstanding service helped make our baby shower an unforgetable and enjoyable experience with our friends and family. Thank you for having us!”

And they upgraded us to a superior room as it was on ground floor to save my wife from struggling up stairs. This was done at no extra charge. The ladies helped with our bags as my wife only has one working arm.”
